Wood Fest
Wood Fest is our annual Indoor Mountain Bike Festival! We just want to ride bikes, hang out with bike friends, talk about bikes, buy cheap bike stuff, try cool new bikes, learn more bike skills, use our skills to win prizes in silly contests, laugh at our friends falling over in those contests, and maybe have a beer after we're done riding.
Throughout the day you can partake in skills clinics, check out gear from manufacturers and local bike shops, bike challenges, bicycle garage sale/swap meet and food and drink! Some activities require pre-registration, so check out the rest of this event page. All skills clinics ($55) include your day pass to the park, and additional clinics are just $25. Hanging out without your bike is free. All beer profits go to Trail Pittsburgh to help keep our trails open. Public tabling for the swap meet is free, but requires registration (due to space limitations), so please don't register and then not show up! That's just not cool.Â
New for 2023! We will be introducing what we hope will become the next big sensation to sweep the Mountain Bike competition world at this year's WoodFest. Stay tuned for more information!
We are teaming up with Allegheny City Brewing to bring you some adult refreshments, and as usual, profits of every beer sold goes to Trail Pittsburgh to aid in their mission to create and maintain single track in South Western PA. Also, visit the Trail Pittsburgh table during the swap meet to learn more about how the awesome trails in our region are created and maintained and how you can help keep them running at their best.
