 MONROE CENTRAL CROSS COUNTRY 

 YOUTH RUNNING CAMP


Who: Students entering grades 3-8(Fall 2022) 

When: May 31-June 3, 2022

Time: 5:00-7:00 pm 

Where: Monroe Central High School Track 

          Cost: $30 (includes registration for Run into the Summer 5k on June 4)    

The Monroe Central Jr. High Cross Country coaches would like to invite you to our 2022 Youth Running Camp. Running camp provides kids an opportunity to learn how to have fun while gaining skills to become better runners. Each session includes ability group running activities, support from current high school runners, active/dynamic warm-up routines, advice on proper running technique, snacks, and games. Discussion topics include: being a supportive teammate, setting running goals and making progress toward them, and the importance of functional strength training.

 Come have fun and promote your enjoyment of overall fitness!
